WELCOME TO GRACE ONLINE OFFERING

Using Grace Online Offering you can make from one to three different offerings at one time. What's more you can give these offerings one time, or on a reoccurring weekly or monthly basis. The Offering page is split up into three sections to make it easier to use.

Section 1 Offering Amount & Designation: Specify how much and to where you want your offering(s) applied.
Section 2 Offering Frequency: How often you'd like the offerings to be made (once, weekly, or monthly reoccurring).
Section 3 Giver Information & Agreement: Giver information and terms and agreement.
1. Offering Amount & Designation
Enter how much you'd like to give and where you'd like it applied. You may enter up to three. The fields are ordered with the amount field first and then it's corresponding offering name second. The first row has an offering name of General Operating already entered since this is the offering most often given, however you may change it another offering destination if you'd like.
When you enter an offering in the first row, a new row will display to enter a second offering. Optionally you may enter 2 additional offerings for a total of three separate offerings.
You may enter an amount to give to General Operating (already entered) or you can change the General Operating to something different. Additionally you may give to up to two more offerings to whatever funds you wish. Note:You must give to at least one offering.

Before submitting, please make sure you have entered a valid and an appropriate offering name in the offering fields. (i.e.General Operating, Missions, Building Fund, etc.)

2. Offering Frequency
This section allows you to determine the frequency of your offering. You may give your offering once, which is the default, or you may give an offering on a reoccurring weekly or monthly schedule.

One Time Offering
If you wish to give this offering once, you're all set. There is nothing to do here. You may go on to the next section.
Recurring Offering
To make a weekly or monthly recurring offering, click the offering frequency menu and choose either weekly or monthly. When making a recurring offering you also have the option to defer the first offering date, by up to a month (see options).

You've chosen to make a reoccurring offering, causing the Make First Offering choice field to display. By default it is set to Today, but you may choose a make your first offering at a later date. You can defer your first offering by 7, 14, or 30 days in the future.
Once you've made your first offering, subsequent offerings will be made on that same day on a weekly or monthly basis depending on what you chose.

3. Giver Information & Agreement
In this section you enter your name, credit card information. Along with that you can specify your church envelope number if you have one. Once you have entered this information, you may click Submit. Upon successful submission you'll be redirected to a confirmation screen which will present you with the details of the offering you just made. You will also be sent an email (to the email address you provided with the credit card info) containing all of the details of the offering.
