Today: Value Heavenly Treasure

9th Sunday after Pentecost

​Followers of Jesus recognize the danger of placing too great a value to earthly wealth (last week’s focus). We also recognize how important it is focus on heavenly treasure, even when we are faced with the prospect of having a shortage of earthly wealth. Heavenly treasures stored up for us set us free from worry and fear, and allow us to live by faith and not by sight. Blessings as you focus on Christ and his Word today.
