2. Can I easily cancel a reoccurring offering? How long will it take?

Yes, you can easily and quickly cancel a reoccurring offering. The easiest way to do this is to click the “Cancel My Reoccurring Offering” link in the confirmation email you receive when first setting up the reoccurring offering. Clicking that link will take you to Grace Lutheran’s Contact Us page with the form pre-filled with the required information to cancel the offering. All you need to do is hit send! It’s that easy. We will do our best to make sure the offering gets canceled within one days (you’ll be notified that it’s been canceled through email), but we ask that you give us up to 48 hours to complete the cancellation.

3. I didn’t save my confirmation email. Can I still cancel my reoccurring offering?

Yes, you bet! Clicking the link in the confirmation email makes it a little easier and faster for you, but is not necessary. You can easily do the same thing by going to the Contact Us page and entering your name, email, a subject line of “Cancel my reoccurring offering,” along with a message stating the Offering Amount, Frequency, and start date. If you can’t remember the start date, don’t worry. We’ll find it and get it canceled. Again, please allow up to 48 hours to cancel, and you will be notified through email when it is done.
